Fashion for EveryBODY

The seventh annual Fashion for EveryBODY kicks off Thursday, November 4, at 7pm. The annual event will feature Role models, the latest fashion designs, and a silent auction with items from 150 area businesses.

The Fashion for EveryBODY started in 2004 to celebrate body types of all shapes and sizes and the beauty within. The money raised will benefit the Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee, the Southeast’s only statewide nonprofit that targets eating disorder awareness, education and prevention.

The event will be a New York meets Nashville fashion event. Guest will walk the red carpet while being photographed, then the guest will step into a room with a chic decor, holiday feel, and wall of auctioning items, the fashion show will include 30 real-sized models with styles from local boutiques and designers. The night’s emcee is Shane Tallant.

“Fashion for EveryBODY is a great way for Nashville to experience the runways of New York and Paris at a fraction of the cost. As we are recovering (as a city) from the May floods this is another great initiative and need that we hope our city supports,” says Liz Llewellyn, Executive Director of Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee (EDCT).

The fashion show will take place at the Commodore Ballroom (310 25th Avenue South). VIP and General Admission tickets are $75 and $35 available at www.ticketsnashville.com and www.fashionforeverybody.org. Tickets are $80 and $40 available at the door.
