Women in Sneakers
After years and years of collecting and rocking sneakers, it has been brought to my attention that many folks (men & women) feel that a woman should not rock sneakers once she reaches a certain age, enters the workforce, etc. I have been told that it just isn’t a good look for a grown woman, and so on. However, I strongly disagree and, as some of the baddest women in the industry show, when done correctly, a woman in sneakers can be very sexy.

To pull off this look, sneakers always look great with a pair of skinny jeans and a crop top. Or, if you’ve got legs like Ciara (who, also, is a sneaker collector), they can be paired with shorts and still look fabulous. I understand that most of us do not have the funds that the game’s hottest women do, therefore, this look is perfect. Sneakers, depend on the style and exclusivity, can be copped at pretty decent prices. Each of the pairs shown above can be purchased at $200 or below.
